We have several positions available for our Mentoring - Apprenticeship Program.
This excellent training program prepares a fresh graduate for 'Real World Salon Life', in a team-driven, exciting, rewarding and busy salon environment. The newly licensed graduate will work directly with the best of our staff, one-on-one, as an apprentice, learning how to communicate, build and maintain a clientele. This opportunity is a six to nine month program, in which the new graduate is shown the career path to earning their chair.
We feel this program is an essential step in the development of a new stylist. Too many of our young cosmetologists leave the profession because of the steep learning curve in building a clientele and coping with salon life. The usual "There's your chair, hope it works out" approach most salons use cause many promising young stylists to become discouraged and feeling abandoned. We believe that newly licensed graduates deserve more than that.
It's been said, "You never get anywhere until someone believes in you and then takes you under their wing". We believe this development program is the future of this graduating class as well as the future of our industry. We believe in this industry and the people who are in it.
