Background and Qualifications - 28 years salon industry experience, co-owner of 4 salon chain in northeastern Ohio. Thom has been a presenting salon success techniques for the Matrix Institute of Professional Development since 1989.
Thomas Reid is co-owner of Illusion Unlimited Salons, a successful chain of salons in Cleveland, Ohio, where Thom acts as Director of Operations, Marketing and Salon Systems. Attendees will understand why inventory management is important, it’s direct connection to bottom line profitability, and an understanding of a working process for inventory analysis and profitable purchasing.
Learning Outcome: Attendees will understand why retailing is an excellent investment of time, energy and money - and how to make that effort most profitable. Attendees of this class will be prepared to manage the flow of product to and through the salon to insure retail profitability. This class is for anyone who needs control of the salon’s inventory program.
