We request you allow two to four business days during the peak gift giving seasons of Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. All Gift Certificates will be sent Certified Mail. Most in-stock items are shipped via ground service and arrive within 5-7 work days.
Backorders Your backordered items will be shipped by standard ground within two business days of receipt of our next shipment.
Returns We proudly guarantee your satisfaction. If you order a product that does not meet your needs, please call us at 216-661-6887 within 72 hours and notify us that you will be returning the product. We will only accept returns with prior notification. Any postage or shipping costs incurred by you in returning the product to us are non-refundable. We must receive all products for exchange, refund or credit within 21 days of purchase. Only undamaged, unused, and complete items returned to us in the same condition as received can be considered for an exchange, refund or credit. There are no exchanges on clearance or sale items.
Warrantees All hard goods have a warrantee from the manufacturer, which must be filled out and sent to that manufacturer. You will be referred to that manufacturer in the event of product failure once the product has been placed in service.
Order Accuracy Illusion Unlimited Salons are not liable for customer errors that result in over or under ordering of a product. During the checkout process, you are provided with a total quantity and cost of the order prior to the order being submitted. You have the option to add or remove items, or reduce or increase the quantity ordered.
