We are honored to be your stylists for your hair and cosmetics on your wedding day. In order to accommodate everyone on our appointment schedule and keep your day running smoothly, the following Wedding Party Policy is followed:
• Timing is everything for a trouble free wedding day. We ask that you arrive 5-15 minutes before your actual appointment and we’ll get you started as soon as possible.
• We need all of the time scheduled to perform your styling services. Beautiful Hair, Nails and Cosmetic applications take time. If any of your party arrives 15 minutes or more late, we regretfully cannot guarantee we can still perform their services. This may seem harsh, however often we have several wedding parties in a morning, and in order to complete everyone’s services and keep everybody happy, we run on time.
• Please have all hair freshly washed and dried. We strongly suggest you and your wedding party wear tops that zip or button up in front for easy changing into your wedding outfits.
• We supply pins and glitter. If any extra hair adornments are needed, please bring them in with you.
• We strongly suggest at least one “Style Rehearsal” (with veil) done several weeks in advance to be sure everything is just perfect for your big day!
• Cancellation policies for Wedding Parties are:
- We require a credit card number when booking parties of three or more.
- Because of the preparation goes into providing superior wedding day services, we require AT LEAST 48 hours notice if you are canceling any of your wedding parties hair or nail appointments. Failure to do so will result in a credit card charge of 25% of the services booked.
- Cancellation within 24 hours will result in a credit card charge of 50% of the services booked.
- “No-Show” wedding parties are charged a credit card charge of 100% of services booked.
• We know you will love your wedding styles, we are famous for them! Thank you again for placing your confidence in us on you big day!
