Every effort is made to ship your order within two business days of receipt of order, unless you suggest otherwise. We request you allow four to five business days during the peak gift giving seasons of Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. All Gift Certificates will be sent Certified Mail.
Warrantees
All hard goods have a warrantee from the manufacturer, which must be filled out and sent to that manufacturer. You will be referred to that manufacturer in the event of product failure once the product has been placed in service.
Order Accuracy
Illusion Unlimited Salons are not liable for customer errors that result in over or under ordering of a product. During the checkout process, you are provided with a total quantity and cost of the order prior to the order being submitted. You have the option to add or remove items, or reduce or increase the quantity ordered.

Our Internet sales are currently limited to gift certificates, hardware goods and educational materials.
